慢性丙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度与TLR2、TLR4 mRNA的关系

Relationship between the degree of liver fibrosis and mRNA levels of TLR2 and TLR4 in patients with chronic hepatitis C

摘要: 目的 研究慢性丙型肝炎患者肝纤维化程度与Toll样受体2(TLR2)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)转录体(mRNA)的关系。方法 对2019年1月到2019年12月因慢性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染来舞钢市人民医院接受治疗的185例患者进行选择纳入试验,收录进慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)组,另选取同期在本院进行体检的185例健康人进行对照研究,收录进对照组,比较两组TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA水平;按照肝纤维化程度将CHC患者分成F1组(n=35)、F2组(n=63)、F3组(n=58)、F4组(n=29),比较四组TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA水平;利用Spearman系数分析肝纤维化程度分级F1、F2、F3、F4与TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA水平的相关性。结果 CHC组TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA水平显著高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。比较CHC患者不同纤维化程度TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA水平F1组<F2组<F3组<F4组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,CHC患者肝纤维化程度分级F1、F2、F3、F4与TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 TLR2 mRNA、TLR4 mRNA水平会随CHC患者肝纤维化程度进展而不断升高。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the degree of liver fibrosis and messenger RNA (mRNA) levels of toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC). Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 185 patients with CHC treated in our hospital were enrolled as CHC group. Another 185 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were enrolled as control group. The mRNA levels of TLR2 and TLR4 were compared between the 2 groups. According to the degree of liver fibrosis, CHC patients were divided into F1 subgroup (n=35), F2 subgroup (n=63), F3 subgroup (n=58) and F4 subgroup (n=29). The levels of TLR2 mRNA and TLR4 mRNA were compared among the subgroups. Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the degree of liver fibrosis and mRNA levels of TLR2 and TLR4. Results The levels of TLR2 mRNA and TLR4 mRNA in CHC group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The levels of TLR2 mRNA and TLR4 mRNA were statistically different among subgroups with different degree of liver fibrosis (F1 subgrouP<F2 subgrouP<F3 subgrouP<F4 subgroup, P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the expression of TLR2 mRNA and TLR4 mRNA was positively correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis in CHC patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of TLR2 mRNA and TLR4 mRNA increase with the progression of liver fibrosis in CHC patients.
