门静脉肝窦血管性疾病的命名演变和争议

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 门静脉肝窦血管性疾病(porto-sinusoidal vascular disease,PSVD)是近年提出的新疾病命名,作为特发性非肝硬化性门静脉高压(idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension,INCPH)的拓展,增加了无门静脉高压症或伴门静脉血栓及合并病毒性肝炎等特征的患者。本文介绍PSVD的命名演变及相关争议。
