射频消融和肝动脉化疗栓塞联合治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察并比较肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合射频消融(RFA)治疗与单纯TACE治疗对中晚期肝癌肿瘤血供消失率、肿瘤坏死率及不良反应的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院收治的中晚期肝癌患者180例,随机分为单独组(TACE组)(n=76)和联合组(TACE联合RFA组)(n=104)。比较两组患者的肿瘤血供消失率、治疗有效率、肿瘤坏死率及不良反应发生率。结果联合组肿瘤血供消失率高于单独组(P=0.003),联合组治疗有效率高于单独组(P=0.000),联合组肿瘤坏死率优于单独组(P=0.002),联合组并发症发生率低于单独组(P=0.000)。结论 TACE联合RFA能够更好地阻断肿瘤病灶的血液供应,加速肿瘤坏死,并减少并发症发生率。
