摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肝功能失代偿是慢性肝病从代偿期向终末期发展的关键转折点,直接影响患者预后与生存。近年来,非侵入性检测(NIT)在肝脏疾病评估中得到广泛应用,为代偿期及失代偿期的早期识别、风险分层和预后评估提供了有效手段。本文系统综述了NIT在肝功能失代偿评估中的应用进展,涵盖了影像学检查、血清标志物、临床评分模型及其在不同并发症中的诊断和预测价值,并介绍了NIT在疗效监测和进一步失代偿预测中的潜力与局限。
