埃及与英国丙型肝炎消除策略对中国的启示

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 埃及曾经作为全球丙型肝炎高负担国家之一,近年来在丙型肝炎消除方面取得了显著进展。英国也将提前完成世界卫生组织2030年消除丙型肝炎公共卫生危害的目标。而我国各地区丙型肝炎流行情况差异大,不同地区面临的挑战不同,各地需综合评估,采取针对性的策略。本文梳理埃及和英国根据流行情况采取的丙型肝炎消除方式,以及我国丙型肝炎消除工作的进展,提出针对性政策和建议,以期为我国2030年消除丙型肝炎目标的达成提供参考。
