艾米替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)是全球范围内重要的公共卫生问题,长期未得到有效治疗的CHB可导致肝硬化、肝功能衰竭甚至肝癌。核苷类似物是目前治疗CHB的主要药物之一。近年来,艾米替诺福韦作为一种广泛使用的抗病毒药物引起了研究者的广泛关注,越来越多的临床和实验室研究探讨其在CHB中的作用机制。已有研究表明,艾米替诺福韦治疗CHB的疗效不劣于目前疗效较为确切的富马酸替诺福韦二吡呋酯,且不良反应发生率较低。本文全面综述艾米替诺福韦的临床研究进展,包括作用机制、临床疗效、肝纤维化逆转及安全性数据,为CHB的治疗提供临床依据。
