酒精性肝病未被满足的临床需求与挑战

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 酒精性肝病(ALD)逐渐成为全球肝脏相关发病率、死亡率和肝移植适应证的主要原因,如何更好地应对其日益严重的流行趋势已成为人们关注的焦点。近年来,有关ALD研究工作大幅增加,但迄今仍有诸多未被满足的临床需求及挑战,包括疾病诊断及评估预后的无创性检查手段、新兴治疗靶点的开发、肝移植患者的选择标准等。本文就上述问题及其潜在解决方案做一综述,为未来优化ALD的治疗策略提供帮助。
