酒精性肝病研究进展:现状、挑战与展望

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 酒精性肝病(ALD)是全球肝病发生和死亡的主要原因之一,其发病机制复杂,涉及遗传、代谢、免疫及微生物等多方面因素的交互作用。近年来,ALD患病率持续上升,尤其在年轻群体中显著增长,但其有效治疗手段仍有限。本文着重介绍了ALD的流行病学特征、病理生理学机制、诊断技术进展及治疗策略,并探讨了人工智能、新型靶向治疗等未来研究方向。通过整合多学科、多领域的研究成果,旨在为临床医生和研究人员提供ALD的研究现状和发展方向,为临床实践的优化和公共卫生政策的科学制定提供理论支撑与决策依据。
